1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RedCoatParrlor.com and its social entertainment features ("Platform").

3. Nature of the Platform

RedCoatParrlor is designed for entertainment and social interaction. Members may take part in play-based activities, collect platform achievements, customise profiles, communicate through community tools and use virtual currency inside available features.

Virtual currency is solely a feature of the Platform. It has no external value and is not transferable outside the Platform.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be permitted under applicable law to use the Platform and must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for:

protecting your password and access credentials;
activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use appropriate care;
keeping your contact information current; and
notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create an account using another person's identity or share access in a way that compromises platform security.

5. Virtual Currency and Digital Features

We may make virtual currency, profile items, badges, activity access, customisation options or other digital features available through the Platform.

You acknowledge that:

virtual currency has no external value and may only be used inside features provided by RedCoatParrlor;
virtual currency and digital features do not represent property held outside the Platform;
virtual currency may not be transferred outside the Platform, exchanged, sold or redeemed for anything outside the service;
balances, allocations, feature requirements and availability may change to support platform design, safety, technical integrity or community experience; and
access to virtual currency or digital features may end when an account is closed, suspended or removed in accordance with these Terms.

We may correct balances or reverse platform activity caused by technical error, misuse or breach of these Terms.

6. Community Standards

We want RedCoatParrlor to be welcoming and enjoyable. You must not use the Platform to:

harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate another person;
publish hateful, violent, sexually explicit, unlawful or seriously offensive material;
share another person's private information without permission;
distribute malicious code, disrupt platform operation or attempt unauthorised access;
use automated methods to manipulate platform functions or collect member information without permission;
mislead others about your identity or platform status; or
infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.

We may review reports, moderate content and take proportionate action to protect members and platform integrity.

7. Member Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile text, images, comments and messages, to the extent you hold rights in that content.

By submitting content to public or shared platform areas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format and make that content available as needed to provide, moderate, secure and improve the Platform.

This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is needed for safety, legal duties, dispute resolution or technical backup cycles.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it complies with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its name, design, software, text, graphics, branding and platform-created content, is owned by or licensed to RedCoatParrlor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the Platform for its intended entertainment and social purposes, subject to these Terms.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable Platform. We may add, remove, revise, pause or discontinue features, virtual currency functions, social tools or content for technical, safety, operational or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available in its current form.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

You may stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting support@RedCoatParrlor.com.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that:

these Terms have been breached;
action is necessary to protect members, third parties or the Platform;
account activity creates security or legal risk; or
we are required to do so by law.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support.

Sections that by nature should continue after closure remain applicable, including intellectual property, liability, disputes and relevant licences.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations provided by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy information. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

12. Responsibility and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control, your breach of these Terms, unauthorised use caused by your failure to protect account credentials or third-party services outside our control.

14. Changes to These Terms
